Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Kilean Equine Ltd, we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer service. If you wish to return an item, please read the policy below carefully.
Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping / Collection
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If you would like us to arrange a collection for your return, we are happy to do so. Please note that collection/shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

All SALE items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note where applicable.
